Description

Smaller park, usually full of entreprenours from the surrounding business centers, or the US embassy just next to the park.

You will find two pleasant fountains in this spot, where you can sit down and relax. There is a statue of Franklin Delano Roosvelt, the 32nd president of USA. Near an entrance to the park there is another statue depicting an eagle, the Eagle Squadrons Memorial, commemorating Americans and Britons serving in three Royal Air Force Eagle Squadrons units. Also an interesting memorial is the one in a shape of a garden, open in 2003 and commemorating the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center in USA on 11th of September 2001.

There are also two public bike rental spots just next to the park.

A really large park with children playground and a basketball ground. There is a beautiful playground and a spaceful park that offers place for various activities besides basketball on the field. The park is behind a house on Šášovská street.
